Downloading Patients

To save a patient to your device then you can access their record when you don't have an Internet connection:

  1. Make sure you have an Internet connection.
  2. Login to Vision Anywhere .
  3. From the Home screen tap the Search button.
  4. Enter the first few letters of the patient surname and forename and press search on your keypad.
  5. Long press on the patient name and select Download.

  6. The patient record is now accessible offline from the Downloaded Patients tile on the Vision Anywhere Home screen.
    Remember - Patients listed in the Appointments Today screen are automatically downloaded to your device when you have an internet connection.

    Note - Patients are automatically removed from the device after 72 hours.
    If an encounter has been opened this will be automatically deleted after 30 days if you have not connected to the internet.
